We are reaching out to share the powerful opportunities that Job Corps can create for young people, especially those who may be struggling in traditional school settings and need a different pathway to succeed. Job Corps provides hands-on career training, academic support, and real-world work experience that help students gain confidence, build skills, and enter the workforce prepared for long-term success.

As we expand these life-changing possibilities for our youth, we are also seeking strong community partnerships. Local employers, organizations, and leaders like you play a vital role in helping students grow. We are looking for partners who are interested in offering co-enrollment options, Work-Based Learning hours, direct job placement, and community service experiences that prepare the next generation for meaningful careers.

We would like to formally invite you to learn more about how you can get involved. On December 4th, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm, the Atterbury and IndyPendence Job Corps Centers will host a virtual open house for community members and organizations. This event will provide a closer look at our programs, our students, and the many ways we can collaborate to strengthen our workforce and support youth in our community. Let us share who we are, and what job corps truly does for our students.
