Halloween Festival - Shelby County Public Library - Youth Services
Wear your favorite costume and celebrate early with a Halloween festival at Shelby County Public Library on Saturday, October 4 from 1-3 pm. The free event for kids and their families is being held in the youth services department, located downstairs in the main library building.
