KeyBank Presents “Helping Your Employees Manage Their Finances During Inflation” workshop

Workshop introduces Key@Work program to area businesses

 
Key@Work and KeyBank branch representatives will present a workshop for area businesses to introduce Key@Work, a complimentary workplace financial wellness program that employers can offer to their employees as part of their health and wellness benefits program.
 
According to The KeyBank 2023 Financial Mobility Survey, the share of Americans facing financial challenges grew to 55% over the past year, a nearly 20-point increase from the year prior. In these times of inflation and economic uncertainty, it’s likely many workers are experiencing some level financial stress, despite receiving a fair wage and generous employee benefits. It also means employees may be more receptive than ever to a workplace financial wellness program that can provide financial education and strategies to bolster their financial resilience.  This workshop will explain the benefits of Key@Work and how they can bring the program to their workplace.
