    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and requirements 
    • Attend regular meetings with school counselors, probation officers, administrators, and parents/students as required 
    • Works well with and understands the needs of at-risk secondary (grades 6-12) students 
    • Supervise high school suspended and expelled students 
    • Utilizes a variety of resources to engage students 
    • Ability to manage and track student progress and course completion in an online platform 
    • Handle clerical functions related to job responsibilities 
    • Ability to keep meticulous records regarding attendance, course completions, and credit accrual for high school students 
    • Must be willing to work with classroom teachers ensure that students may complete courses through nontraditional means when necessary. 
    • Well organized and takes initiative 
    • Responsible, strong work ethic, flexible . Good communication skills 
    • Maintains satisfactory attendance 
    • Complies with Corporation Bylaws, Policies and Employee Handbook 
    • Models Corporation Mission Statement and Fundamental Objectives
