SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Travel to customer locations and attend client meetings and assist with the determination of project requirements
· Estimate projects
· Work with customers, design, and engineering during the planning phase of the projects.
· Assist in determining/purchasing the correct components
· Monitor projects, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
· Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
· Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
· Maintain Tracking Logs
· Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders
· Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
· Keep the Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
· Participate in the installation process, start-up projects onsite, assist as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
· Worked in Project/Construction Management or Industrial Material Handling fabrication, sales, or installation
· Experience estimating or managing field service/installation personnel
· Effective communication skills including verbal and written skills
· Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
· Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing team-based
· Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
