    August Greenfield Meeting-Managing Stress

It's back to school time, which means FUSE parent support group meetings are back!
On August 8 FUSE will host Stephanie Gustin of Rugged Grace Counseling.  This time of year we are all feeling overstressed, so what a better way to start the new school year than with a discussion on stress and mental health!  Stephanie will  guide us through a discussion on managing stress followed by a chance to chat, ask questions, and continue the mental health conversation.

Since Stephanie Gustin was in junior high school, she has had a very strong passion for assisting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. She started as a classroom helper while in school, and was eventually founder and president of the Cougar Connection Club at Greenfield-Central High School (which later became Best Buddies).  Stephanie Holds her BA in Psychology with a focus in ABA and Family Crisis Intervention.  Post college, Stephanie worked in the developmenal disability field for nearly 20 years, where she held many positions, from support staff to residential director. Currently, she is a mental health therapist for Rugged Grace Counseling LLC where she provides counseling on a sliding scale fee.  Stephanie lives in Greenfield and is married with three children.
