We received so much information and so many resources at Expo, so it's time for an opportunity to chat about it all!   On March 13 at 6:30 pm we will have our first casual Q&A session of the year, hosted by FUSE Program Coordinator, Courtney Winslow.
Questions you need answered? Resources you want to find?  If so, come with your questions and discussion items and we'll tackle them as a group!  There's no better way to learn than to talk to another parent who has been in your shoes and "gets it".  We hope parents will attend and draw upon the collective expertise in the Zoom for some practical problem solving!

*If no participants join by 6:45 pm (15 minutes after start time), the remainder of the session may be cancelled due to low attendance.

On Monday, April 10 at 6:30 pm we will meet in-person at the Greenfield Intermediate School (204 W. Park Ave., Greenfield) to learn about Agape Therapeutic Riding Resources.

Agape Therapeutic Riding Resources offers life-changing experiences by bringing people and horses together to impact people's lives, contribute to the community, and cultivate unbridled hope. Since 1986, Agape has served thousands of Hoosiers ranging in age from 4-years old through adult, who have a physical, emotional, social, or cognitive disability. Partnering with therapy horses to offer Therapeutic Horseback Riding and Equine-Assisted Learning Experiences, Agape strives to be a place where participants and their families can take a deep breath and know they are in a place where they are loved and accepted for who they are.

Jennifer and Kimberly will be sharing an in-depth look at how Agape is serving individuals and groups throughout Central Indiana to help participants strengthen their mind, body, and spirit through unique horse-assisted experiences. They will discuss why horses are such great therapy animals and teachers, and how bringing horses and humans together can have such a positive impact in the lives of those who come to the barn. Information will be provided on how you can connect with Agape to explore their services, as well as ways you can volunteer and help cultivate hope in the barn. There will also be a Q&A time at the end of the discussion.
