• Major Health Partners Celebrates Three-Year Partnership with Cardiometabolic Center Alliance: Signif

This collaboration has significantly enhanced patient care and quality outcomes for individuals with cardiometabolic conditions.

    Since the inception of our partnership, Major Health Partners and CMCA have worked tirelessly to implement innovative care models and evidence-based practices. These efforts have led to substantial improvements in patient health and overall care quality.

    Key Achievements Over the Past Three Years:

    • Improved Patient Outcomes: Patients have experienced significant improvement in blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and weight loss.
