  • MHP Foundation: Face Mask Best Practices

    This video will show you some good tips for wearing your face mask safely and effectively. 

    These mask tips go hand in hand with the mental health tips we've shared in previous emails. 

    We've told you to have some fun.  Wearing a mask that reflects your personality is one way to have fun and make your mask seem more friendly to others.

    Another tip is to find something you can control.  You can control the way you wear your mask and keeping it clean.  It helps you to feel better if you know you're doing a good job wearing and caring for your mask.

    Last, it feels good to know that you're doing something useful during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Wearing a mask is definitely useful to you, and most importantly, to others.  By wearing a mask, you are preventing the spread of COVID-19, and that is extremely helpful and useful.

    This video is a little on the long side, but it's worth the time.
