    Did you know there are 168 hours in a week?
     
    Let's break those hours down...
     
    40 hours at work or school
     
    56 hours sleeping (if you are luckier than me ;) and getting 8 hours a night)
     
    72 left over
     
    72!!! And the recommendation is 30-60 minutes a day of exercise, 5-6 days a week...which can be as little as 3 hours a week...now don't you tell me you can't find 3 hours (30 minutes a day!)....take a look at your schedule and break it down!
