    You don't need fancy equipment or lots of time to get a crazy effective workout. 30 minutes and dumbbells...you got that right?

    Ok, so you pop into the main club or the 24 hour location...find yourselves one or two sets of dumbbells and a little space...set a timer...and click here to read more about this amazing workout. Click and review the workout. If you are unsure on any of the movements don't hesitate to ask a trainer or instructor....we are here for you!!! This is also a great one if you travel as most hotel gyms have dumbbells.
