  • SCAC Fitness: So You Just Ran a Half Marathon?

    Were you one of our awesome members who ran the Mini Marathon yesterday? Having run it myself several times, I want to give you a big high five...that's a great accomplishment. But don't think the journey is over just yet. Recovery the week after is just as key as all the training leading up to the big race. If you come home and just rest without any thought to the recovery process, you will pay the price for it.  Check out this article about the importance of your recovery week.
