  • SCAC Fitness: State Fair Fun!

    Ok when we say State Fair what do you think of? it is totally ok if you say fried food...hey we all have to live a little right? 
    Our State Fair starts this week and we want to encourage you to GO. Enjoy some of the food yes, but also take in some of the health focused activities TOO. Even just walking around the State Fair half or a full day is GREAT EXERCISE!
