Launch of Hoosier Homeland Podcast

IDHS is launching a new podcast titled Hoosier Homeland. This podcast will explore the latest news and insights in the emergency management and public safety world. You will be introduced to people at the local, state and federal levels who work every day to keep Indiana safe and prepare for any challenges that may arise. 

Episode 1: State of EMS In the first episode, Indiana EMS Medical Director Dr. Eric Yazel discusses the critical challenges facing the EMS profession, how IDHS is working to help Hoosier EMS personnel overcome challenges in the workforce and how the Governor's Public Health Commission is highlighting the issues and offering solutions.
