While the supply chain has always had an impact on the job market, the onset of the pandemic made that relationship even more important—and volatile. There may still be a few challenges as the holiday season rolls around because demand has become more unpredictable. But overall, there has been a strengthening of the job market, and appears to be returning to “normal” as we close out Q3.
