Interested in conducting a leadership workshop? Observe one first!A couple organizations are conducting their own LEAD workshop at Tilson and you are invited to stop by and observe it in action!
The live LEAD workshop will take place at Tilson's headquarters and is delivered by the University of Indianapolis' Institute for Postindustrial Leadership, on October 7th & 8th and November 11th & 12th.
There will be refreshments and visitor tables set up for you to come at your leisure any of the days to see what a LEAD program consists of and if it's something you might be interested in doing with your team at a later date. LEAD colleagues will be available during the sessions to answer any of your questions.
