Our speaker today is Heather Pease, Vice President of Community Engagement at Early Learning Indiana. She has worked for Early Learning Indiana for almost 3 years now. Early Learning Indiana mission is to ensure the highest level of early care and education for children. With more than 100 years of history, they are an established leader in early education. Early Learning is more than a typical child care agency. It is a nonprofit, that is motivated by mission rather than money. They care about each child, and it shows in the quality of the care and education they provide. Not only do they provide excellent learning experiences to children in Indianapolis area centers, but they also champion high-quality care for every Hoosier child. Heather is a graduate from Franklin College and has her Masters from IUPUI. Heather worked for Indiana University Health and Indiana Donor Network before joining the team at Early Learning Indiana.
Early Learning initiatives:
We operate high-quality early education centers.
We help families find quality child care.
We partner with teachers and providers statewide to boost program quality.
We advocate for greater access to early educational opportunities for all Hoosier families
