Come join us for at 6pm for a free workout at Anytime Fitness. We will do a team session we call Build. Build is a 60 minute workout that targets toning, strength and fun in a circuit format designed for all fitness levels. Following our workout we will head over to Blue River Bowl for bowling and even more fun. Everyone is welcome to this community event on Wednesday, June 5th. We hope to see all of you on the turf at 6!
