NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Shelbyville Common Council will hold a Public Hearing on March 16th, 2020 at 8:30 AM in the Common Council Chambers at the Shelbyville City Hall to consider a petition by Arbor Homes to annex certain real estate into the City of Shelbyville, described as:
Land located West of State Road 9/North Riley Highway, East of Michigan Road, and South of the Rolling Ridge Subdivision and Fountain Lake Subdivision. The area consists of the following parcels: 73-07-30-400-147.000-001, 73-07-29-300-075.000-001, and 73-07-32-100-001.000-001

Beginning at the southeast corner of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29 in Township 13 North and Range 7 East and running thence North 20.58 chains; thence West to the west line of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30 in Township 13 North and Range 7 East; thence south on said west line to the center of the Michigan Road; thence southeast on said road to the south line of said Section 30; thence East 34.78 chains to the place of beginning, containing 80 acres, more or less.

Written comments in support of or in opposition to the Petition may be filed with or mailed to the Plan Commission prior to the Public Hearing at the above address or filed with the Clerk-Treasurer at the Public Hearing. Said Public Hearing will be open to the public and any objectors will be heard at this meeting.
