- 5:00 PM- Doors open and cocktails start (beer and wine provided with ticket)
- 5:30 PM- Holiday shopping tables open
- 5:45 PM- Silent auction and Raffle basket begins
- 6:00-6:30 PM- Meet and greet with Rupert
- 7:00 PM- Dinner begins
- 8:00 PM- Program begins
- 8:45 PM- Live Auction
- 9:15 PM- Silent Auction ends/ Raffle winner announced
- 9:30 PM- DJ Spinning
- 10:15 PM- Final call
