    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred
    • Minimum 1 year banking experience preferred
    • Cash handling experience
    • Strong interpersonal communications skills
    • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to proactively and professionally solicit new business
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
    • Ability to stand for extended period and occasionally lift bags/boxes of coin weighing up to 50 lbs
     
    Essential Responsibilities:
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Process customer financial transactions
    • Open and maintain deposit/IRA accounts and customer records.
    • Address customer inquiries regarding all deposit products and account information
    • Maintain knowledge of teller/new account procedures
    • Verify cash shipments and accurately balance vault
    • Maintain and accurately balance cash drawer
    • Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services
    • Achieve and maintain 80% of individual sales goal
    • Build and maintain a customer portfolio through the Sales Management CRM system
    • Maintain branch audit logs
    • Balance branch through TellerInsight
    • Balance and troubleshoot the ATM
    • Participate in community involvement
    • Other administrative duties, as directed
