Plymate is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our Route Service Division. This full-time role offers a Monday through Thursday schedule with four ten-hour days, providing a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage route settlement activities for our Route Service Representatives (RSRs)
- Respond to customer service inquiries from both internal and external customers
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Create and update service incidents using Alliant (our route software system)
- Coordinate workflow with other Service Coordinators
- Perform data entry and filing
- Collaborate with internal departments on service-related matters
- Redirect contract-related inquiries to District Managers
- Schedule special deliveries
- Troubleshoot customer service issues
- Process daily Alliant invoice runs
- Work with Accounts Receivable on credit/billing issue resolution and maintaining accurate contact records
- Support the team with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in an office setting
- Proficient in PC software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
