    Job Summary:

    Triton Central High School is seeking an English teacher for the 2025-26 school year. The ideal

    candidate will have a high level of understanding of the English Language, convention, mechanics,

    writing, and other English skills. The candidate should also have a passion for teaching and be able to

    implement a comprehensive curriculum aligned with the state standards and school policies. An

    interest in coaching is preferred, but is not required.

    Responsibilities:

    ? Plan and implement engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of high school

    learners.

    ? Performs all job related duties as assigned and in accordance to the Board rules, policies and

    regulations.

    ? Exhibits high professionalism, standards of conduct and work ethic.

    ? Maintain effective communication with students, families, and colleagues to support student

    success.

    Compensation:

    This is a 184-day contract position. Salary is commensurate with experience and follows the

    Northwestern Consolidated School District pay scale.
