• Aspire Indiana Health: Together: Transforming Hoosier Lives, August 2025

    The Next Evolution

Welcome to the August edition of “Together: Transforming Hoosier Lives,” an exclusive newsletter for healthcare stakeholders in the communities served by Aspire Indiana Health! A lot is going on this summer we’d like to share with you.

Let’s start by welcoming new readers from Shelby and Hancock counties! In case you haven’t heard the news, the state of Indiana has selected Aspire to be the Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) provider for those counties, adding to our historic service areas of Boone, Hamilton, Madison and Marion counties.

If you are from Hancock and Shelby counties and are receiving this communication for the first time, it’s because we think you’re someone important in the public health discussion. Welcome!

School systems have already started their new academic year in much of the state, so it’s the perfect time to remind families to make sure their children are vaccinated. Aspire is now a participant in the Vaccines for Children Program (VFC), which provides free shots for children 18 and under whose parents may not be able to afford them. Vaccines for Children Logo
VFC services are now available at our Noblesville, Carmel and Indianapolis health centers, and will be rolling out to more locations! New patient appointments can be scheduled within a week.

In last month’s newsletter, we told you about Aspire’s Women’s Health Clinic initiative that launched this summer at our Noblesville health center. The idea is to provide a medical home for mothers and caretakers from pregnancy onward as well as their children from birth through high school. It’s a forward-thinking model aimed at serving at-risk women where obstetrics (OB) care, psychiatry and pediatric care are integrated.
It will eventually roll out to more locations, and in the meantime video appointments are available. Call (317) 773-6864 for more info.

Things like the VFC and Women’s Health Clinic are examples of Aspire’s desire to evolve our medical services beyond family primary care. We’ll have more exciting news to share in the coming months about our debut of Specialty Services including rheumatology, dermatology and neurology.

Specialty Services includes supportive programs like wearable medical devices and medically tailored meal delivery for people with chronic conditions.
