Learn About the Power Up Indiana Grant

What is it?  It is a grant that reimburses companies for training their employees up to $5000 per trainee and up to $50,000 per company.  See attached for more specifics.
 
A starting wage of $23.50 is required, and upon receiving an Industry Certification or Higher Education Credential, a 25% wage increase ($29.37 minimum) is required for 2 consecutive quarters.
 
Training could have started on January 1, 2025 and be as late as September 30, 2026.  (Date is subject to change, based on funding availability.)

There is no 6-month retention requirement for this.
