The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the hiring of Sierra Webster as its new Member Engagement & Events Coordinator, effective December 1.
Sierra and her husband, Dustin, are proud parents of two boys who attend Morristown Elementary. Sierra loves football and music, and is passionate about staying involved in her community.
In her new role, Sierra will support member-focused initiatives, coordinate the Chamber’s signature events, and play a key part in strengthening connections across the business community. She will also lead coordination for Leadership Shelby County, working closely with participants, community partners, and the Chamber team to ensure a strong and impactful leadership development experience.
“I look forward to working as the Chamber’s Member Engagement & Events Coordinator because I enjoy creating meaningful experiences, building connections, and helping bring people together,” Sierra shared. “I’m excited for the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas, strong organization, and genuine enthusiasm to the Chamber’s events and initiatives.”
Executive Director Courtney Chapella added, “We are thrilled to welcome Sierra to the team. Her energy, creativity, and passion for community engagement will be tremendous assets as we continue growing our programs—especially Leadership Shelby County—and strengthening the value we provide to our members.”
