    Shelby County Co-op is looking for an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our propane department. Providing quality service to our propane customers in a timely and professional manner is our top priority.
     

    Responsibilities:

    • Inbound & outbound calls. Handle up to 80 calls per day. 
    • process customer orders and dispatch orders
    • apply customer payments via phone, internet or walk-in
    • collections
    • schedule service work through group calendar
    • mass mailings
    • attend job related workshops/training

    Requirements:

    • high school diploma/GED
    • reliable transportation
    • 2+ years customer service experience in a fast paced call center environment
    • Must have data entry skills
    • Ability to type 50+ WPM 
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products
    • Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
