Job Description: Fabricator / Welder

Job Type: Full-time – 1st shift

• A direct hire position, not through a temp agency.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Pay rate based on experience and qualifications

This position requires experience.  Developing fixtures and manufacturing instructions with the Supervisor’s and Operations Manager’s support will be expected.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous layout experience.

  • The ability to take a print and tack up a weldment with multiple components to meet the print tolerances

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting prints and knowledge of AWS codes and symbols

• Ability to read a tape measure and calipers

• Previous MIG welding experience

  • Tig welding would be a bonus.

  • Welding robot / Cobot setup experience would be a bonus

• Reliable transportation is a MUST

• Excellent attendance is MANDATORY, be at the workstation on time and ready to begin work at the start of the shift

• Ability to work with others in a TEAM environment

• Flexibility to perform various tasks

• Ability to comfortably lift of 50 pounds when required
