    Compensation:
    This school calendar position offers up to 40 hours per week, involving regular split shifts in the early morning and late afternoon, as well as school district activity trips. Pay is commensurate with Triton Central Schools School Bus Driver pay scale. Eligible for district provided health insurance.
     
    Job Summary:
    The Bus Route and Trip Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of all students on assigned transportation routes and school field or activities trips. The Bus Route and Trip Driver will also conduct daily bus inspections and assist students with boarding and deboarding.

    Qualifications:
    ?       Applicant must be 21 years of age or older
    ?       A high school diploma or equivalent
    ?       A clean driving record, good communication skills, ability to maintain calm under pressure, and physical ability to complete required tasks
    ?       Must have or be able to obtain a valid Indiana Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License with “P” (Passenger) and “S” (School Bus) endorsements. (training will be provided)
    ?       The ability to manage student behavior
    ?       Demonstrates consistent dependability and serves as a positive role model for students
